Project Officer for the North West Ipswich Big Local Trust that serves the wards Whitton Whitehouse and Castle Hill.

I have 20 years experience working within the voluntary and community sector. I am currently employed by Community Action Suffolk who represent the sector across Suffolk. I enjoy walking, open spaces and the night sky.

I am passionate about primary education. I believe school is not simply about learning in the classroom, but also provides a platform to nurture a child�s relationship for lifelong learning. The experiences a child has at primary school form the building blocks for his future. Our schools provide a nurturing, warm and friendly space for children to experience school life. It is a privilege to be a governor and I hope to help in any way I can.
