Wife employed at Otley Primary School.

I became a governor at Otley Primary School in February 2005, became Chair of Governors in July 2008 and Chair of the then newly formed Federation with Witnesham Primary School on 1 April 2014.

I became a governor when my son, James, first started at Otley. After A levels at Farlingaye High School he is currently in the first year of a Masters Degree at Warwick University studying, Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics (MORSE). I also have a daughter, Amy, who also enjoyed her time at Otley and s currently in her GCSE Year at Farlingaye

The reason I became a Governor was to �put something back� into the community where we all live as well. Being Chair of Governors is a very time consuming but also highly rewarding role which gets you involved in all aspects of the schools.

I work as the accountant for Trinity Park (Suffolk Showground) which is best known for staging the Suffolk Show but it is much more than a two day a year job!

I have lived in Otley since 1998 having moved here when I got married to Jodie who works at Otley as a Teaching Assistant.

I am a keen member of Aldeburgh Yacht Club.
