On logging on, the system will open on your Home tab. This page gives general information and highlights the latest information on the site.
A number of school specific items that can be set by the Admin Contact by clicking ‘Enter School Details’. Enter School Details – gives the option to edit the School Address, Phone Number and Email Address. Mission Statement – You can add the School Mission Statement. You could copy and paste this from an existing document to save typing. School Logo – you can customize your site by adding your school logo. You will need a jpeg image file about 100px X 100px on your computer. Use the ‘Browse’ button to locate this file. When you click ‘Save’ the file will be transferred to the site and will appear on all pages. Save School Details – Click ‘Save’ to save all of these details. School Notices – You can add one or more notices to be shown on the page. Click ‘Add Notice’, enter text and click Save. You can also delete old notices here. |
